1. Introduction

Rogue AI ("we," "our," or "us") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit our website at rogueai.tech or use our services.

2. Information We Collect

Information You Provide

We collect information you voluntarily provide when you:

  • Fill out our contact form (name, email address, phone number, company name, message)
  • Book a call or consultation
  • Communicate with us via email
  • Engage our services under a client agreement

Information Collected Automatically

This site sets no cookies and loads no third-party scripts. If we introduce analytics in future, we will use a cookieless, privacy-respecting provider that does not collect personal data, and we will name it here before it goes live.

3. Meta Platform Data

This section applies to clients who connect a Facebook Page through our platform using Facebook Login for Business (Meta App ID: 1473362110893666).

What we collect from Meta

  • Page IDs and Page names — to let you choose which Pages to connect during onboarding.
  • Lead Ads form responses — the contact information a prospect submits on your lead form (name, email, phone, and any custom fields you defined).
  • Page subscription metadata — used to verify webhook health and delivery.
  • OAuth access tokens — long-lived tokens issued by Meta, used to read leads and page metadata.

Purpose

Lead Ads form responses are delivered to the connecting client's CRM (GoHighLevel) so their team can follow up with the lead. Page IDs and names are used solely to let the client choose which Pages to connect. Subscription metadata is used to verify webhook health. OAuth tokens are used solely to read leads and page metadata — they are never used to post content, run ads, or message users on your behalf.

Retention

Lead Ads form responses are forwarded to the client's CRM immediately upon receipt and retained in our systems for no more than 30 days (for retry and idempotency purposes). Page metadata and OAuth tokens are retained only while the connection is active.

Deletion

Clients can disconnect any Page at any time via the portal, which immediately revokes the token and deletes the connection record within 24 hours. Full deletion instructions are available at Data Deletion Instructions.

Sharing

Lead Ads data is delivered only to the connecting client's CRM. We do not share Meta Platform Data with any other third party for any purpose.

4. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Respond to your inquiries and contact form submissions
  • Provide, maintain, and improve our services
  • Communicate with you about our services
  • Comply with legal obligations

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

5. Data Retention

We retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, including to satisfy any legal, accounting, or reporting requirements. Contact form submissions are retained for a maximum of 12 months unless a client relationship is established.

6. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information. These include TLS 1.3 encryption for data in transit, key-based administrative access with no password authentication, a default-deny firewall, endpoint detection on every server we operate, encrypted offsite backups with tested restores, and documented annual access, risk and vendor reviews. Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

  • Access the personal information we hold about you
  • Request correction of inaccurate information
  • Request deletion of your personal information
  • Object to or restrict processing of your information
  • Data portability

8. California Privacy Rights (CCPA)

If you are a California resident, you have the right to request disclosure of what personal information we collect, use, and disclose. 9. SMS Messaging Services

Rogue AI offers an SMS messaging program to provide service notifications, scheduled reminders, and account updates. You may opt in by checking the SMS consent checkbox on our contact form and providing your phone number.

By opting in to our SMS program, you consent to receive recurring text messages from Rogue AI at the mobile number you provided. When you opt in, we collect your mobile phone number, the content of messages you send to us, and message timestamps and delivery status. This information is used solely to operate the SMS messaging service.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We do not sell, rent, or share your phone number or SMS opt-in data with third parties for marketing purposes. Your phone number and message content will not be disclosed to outside organizations except to Twilio (our SMS infrastructure provider, which transmits messages on our behalf) and as required by law, regulation, or valid legal process. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties, excluding aggregators and providers used to deliver text messages.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Rogue AI does not charge for SMS messages, but your carrier's standard messaging rates apply. SMS consent is not a condition of any purchase or use of our services.

You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. After opting out, you will receive a one-time confirmation message. Reply HELP for assistance, or contact us through our contact form. For full SMS program details, visit our SMS Notifications page.

9a. Glyph Reach Browser Extension

Glyph Reach is a Chrome extension that lets a Glyph user's own AI chat sessions act in that user's browser — navigate, click, type, read pages and take screenshots — on the sites the user directs it to. It is published for Rogue AI's own staff and clients running Glyph; it is not a consumer product and collects nothing on its own.

What it handles. While a command from your own Glyph chat is running, the extension sends the content of the page you asked it to act on (page text and structure, screenshots, the text it types for you, and the addresses of the pages involved) to the Glyph server your browser is paired to, and only to execute that command. When a chat asks which tabs are open, it also sends the address and title of the tabs open in that browser at that moment, so the chat can pick the one to work in; it does not read your browsing history and keeps no record of the pages you visit outside a running command. It also records, per paired browser, a device label, the extension and Chrome version, how the extension was installed, and when it last connected, so you can see and revoke your paired browsers in Glyph → Settings → Glyph Reach.

What it does not do. It does not run without a command from your chat, does not read pages you have not directed it to, does not use your data for advertising or analytics, does not sell or share it with third parties, and holds no shared credential — each browser is paired to one Glyph account with a token you can revoke at any time. Page content handled during a command is retained only as part of that chat's own transcript, under the retention rules that apply to the chat. Pairing data is deleted when the browser is revoked. If any of this changes, this section will be updated and existing users notified before the change takes effect.

9b. Glyph Mobile App (iOS and Android)

The Glyph — Rogue AI app is the mobile client for Glyph, Rogue AI's internal AI platform. It is for Rogue AI staff and clients with a Glyph account; accounts are issued by Rogue AI, not created in the app, and the app is not directed to anyone under 18.

What it handles. The app sends what you give it to the Glyph server at glyph.rogueai.tech, which Rogue AI operates: your sign-in details (username, password and one-time code, used only to sign you in), the messages you send in your chats and the replies you receive, and, only if you use voice dictation, the audio you record. To keep accounts secure the server also records the network (IP) address each sign-in comes from. If you turn on notifications, the app registers a push token for your device so the server can notify you. Your session key is kept in your device's secure storage.

What it does not do. The app contains no ads and no analytics or tracking SDK, does not use an advertising ID, and does not sell your data or share it with third parties for their own use. To generate replies, Glyph sends your messages to the AI model providers it runs on, which process them on our behalf as service providers. All traffic between the app and the server is encrypted in transit (TLS). Chat content is kept under the retention rules that apply to Glyph sessions. 10. Third-Party Services

Our website does not embed third-party tracking services. If we use third-party service providers for business operations (such as email delivery), those providers are bound by data processing agreements and are prohibited from using your information for any purpose other than fulfilling their services to us.

11. Children's Privacy

Our services are not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
