Rogue AI ("we," "our," or "us") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit our website at rogueai.tech or use our services.

2. Information We Collect

Information You Provide

We collect information you voluntarily provide when you:

  • Fill out our contact form (name, email address, phone number, company name, message)
  • Book a call or consultation
  • Communicate with us via email
  • Engage our services under a client agreement

Information Collected Automatically

We do not use cookies or third-party tracking scripts. We may use privacy-respecting analytics (such as Plausible) that do not collect personal data, do not use cookies, and are fully compliant with GDPR, CCPA, and PECR.

3. Meta Platform Data

This section applies to clients who connect a Facebook Page through our platform using Facebook Login for Business (Meta App ID: 1473362110893666).

What we collect from Meta

  • Page IDs and Page names — to let you choose which Pages to connect during onboarding.
  • Lead Ads form responses — the contact information a prospect submits on your lead form (name, email, phone, and any custom fields you defined).
  • Page subscription metadata — used to verify webhook health and delivery.
  • OAuth access tokens — long-lived tokens issued by Meta, used to read leads and page metadata.

Purpose

Lead Ads form responses are delivered to the connecting client's CRM (GoHighLevel) so their team can follow up with the lead. Page IDs and names are used solely to let the client choose which Pages to connect. Subscription metadata is used to verify webhook health. OAuth tokens are used solely to read leads and page metadata — they are never used to post content, run ads, or message users on your behalf.

Retention

Lead Ads form responses are forwarded to the client's CRM immediately upon receipt and retained in our systems for no more than 30 days (for retry and idempotency purposes). Page metadata and OAuth tokens are retained only while the connection is active.

Deletion

Clients can disconnect any Page at any time via the portal, which immediately revokes the token and deletes the connection record within 24 hours. Full deletion instructions are available at Data Deletion Instructions.

Sharing

Lead Ads data is delivered only to the connecting client's CRM. We do not share Meta Platform Data with any other third party for any purpose.

4. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Respond to your inquiries and contact form submissions
  • Provide, maintain, and improve our services

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

5. Data Retention

We retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, including to satisfy any legal, accounting, or reporting requirements. Contact form submissions are retained for a maximum of 12 months unless a client relationship is established.

6. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information. Our infrastructure implements enterprise security controls aligned with SOC 2 Trust Services Criteria, including encryption in transit, access controls, and regular security audits.

8. California Privacy Rights (CCPA)

9. SMS Messaging Services

Rogue AI offers an SMS messaging program to provide service notifications, scheduled reminders, and account updates. You may opt in by checking the SMS consent checkbox on our contact form and providing your phone number.

By opting in to our SMS program, you consent to receive recurring text messages from Rogue AI at the mobile number you provided. When you opt in, we collect your mobile phone number, the content of messages you send to us, and message timestamps and delivery status. This information is used solely to operate the SMS messaging service.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We do not sell, rent, or share your phone number or SMS opt-in data with third parties for marketing purposes. Your phone number and message content will not be disclosed to outside organizations except to Twilio (our SMS infrastructure provider, which transmits messages on our behalf) and as required by law, regulation, or valid legal process. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties, excluding aggregators and providers used to deliver text messages.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Rogue AI does not charge for SMS messages, but your carrier's standard messaging rates apply. SMS consent is not a condition of any purchase or use of our services.

10. Third-Party Services

Our website does not embed third-party tracking services. If we use third-party service providers for business operations (such as email delivery), those providers are bound by data processing agreements and are prohibited from using your information for any purpose other than fulfilling their services to us.

11. Children's Privacy

Our services are not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
