Data Deletion Instructions

Last updated: October 2026

1. Overview

This page explains how to request deletion of data that Rogue AI holds in connection with our Facebook integration (Meta App ID: 1473362110893666). If you connected your Facebook Page through our client portal, we may hold a long-lived OAuth access token, your Page ID and name, Lead Ads form responses forwarded to your CRM, and webhook subscription metadata.

We offer two deletion paths depending on whether you can access our portal.

2. Option A — Self-Service via the Portal

This is the fastest path. It takes effect immediately.

  1. Sign in to the Rogue AI client portal at portal.rogueai.tech.
  2. Navigate to Connections.
  3. Click Disconnect next to the Page you want to remove.

Disconnecting immediately revokes our OAuth access token, unsubscribes your Page from our webhooks, and schedules the connection record for deletion within 24 hours. After disconnection we retain no further access to your Facebook Page or Lead Ads data.

3. Option B — Email Request

If you cannot access the portal (for example, if you no longer have login credentials), send an email to privacy@rogueai.tech with:

  • Subject line: Data Deletion Request
  • The Facebook Page name or email address associated with the connection
  • Any additional context that helps us locate your record

We will confirm receipt within 2 business days and complete deletion within 30 days, in accordance with CCPA and GDPR timelines.

4. What Gets Deleted

Upon processing a deletion request, we remove:

  • Your OAuth access token and any refresh tokens
  • Page ID, Page name, and webhook subscription metadata
  • Lead Ads form responses retained in our systems (responses already forwarded to your CRM are not recalled — those are held by your CRM provider under their own retention policy)
  • All connection records in our database

5. Contact

For questions about this process, email privacy@rogueai.tech. For our full data handling practices, see our Privacy Policy.

6. Glyph — Rogue AI Mobile App

The Glyph — Rogue AI app (iOS and Android) signs in to a Glyph account that Rogue AI issues; accounts are not created in the app. To have your Glyph account and its data deleted:

  1. Email privacy@rogueai.tech from the address on file for your account, with the subject line Glyph Data Deletion Request.
  2. Include your Glyph username, and say whether you want your whole account deleted or only your chat history.

We will confirm receipt within 2 business days and complete deletion within 30 days. We delete your account and sign-in details, your chats and the messages and replies in them, any voice dictation audio, and any push-notification token registered for your device. We keep only the security record of past sign-ins (date, time and network address), and only for as long as we need it for security and legal obligations. Uninstalling the app removes the session key stored on your device.
