Copyright & Content Removal
Last updated: August 2026
1. Reporting Infringing Content
Rogue AI builds and hosts websites, landing pages and forms on behalf of our clients. If you believe content on a property we operate infringes your copyright, trademark or other rights, tell us. We assess every notice we receive, and we act on the ones that are substantiated.
Send your notice to chris@rogueai.tech with the subject line Content Removal Request.
2. What Your Notice Must Include
So that we can locate and assess the material quickly, please include all of the following:
- Your name, organization and contact details.
- Identification of the work you say is infringed.
- The specific URL of the material you want removed. A link to a whole site is rarely enough for us to identify the material.
- A statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorized by the rights-holder, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the rights-holder or authorized to act on their behalf.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
If your notice is missing something, we will not discard it — we will come back to you and ask for what we need.
3. How Quickly We Respond
Rogue AI is a small team. The commitments below are the ones we can actually meet, so they are the ones we make:
- Acknowledgement of receipt: within 1 business day.
- Initial assessment: within 2 business days.
- Decision and action: within 5 business days of a complete notice.
- Urgent matters — unlawful material, a credible threat to safety, or active phishing on our infrastructure — are handled immediately and ahead of everything else.
We monitor the address above at least once every business day. We do not claim 24/7 monitoring, because we would not be telling you the truth.
4. What We Can and Cannot Remove
We can act on content hosted on infrastructure Rogue AI operates — our own site, client websites we host, landing pages we generate, and forms we run. Where the content belongs to a client, we will disable access and notify that client.
We cannot act on content held in a client's own third-party platform, such as their CRM or their social media accounts, which we do not control. If your notice concerns material of that kind, we will tell you so plainly and forward your notice to the client and to the relevant platform within 2 business days, rather than leaving you waiting for an action we are unable to take.
5. If You Believe Content Was Removed in Error
If material of yours was removed and you believe that was a mistake, write to the same address with your contact details, the URL of the removed material, and an explanation of why you are entitled to use it. We will review it, forward it to the party who submitted the original notice, and tell you what we decide. Where the objection is well-founded and no further claim is outstanding, we restore the material.
We do not remove material automatically on request. We assess each notice, and we reject notices that are not substantiated.
6. Repeat Infringement
Where a client is the subject of repeated substantiated notices, we will review how their content is produced and supplied, and in appropriate circumstances we will suspend the affected property or terminate the engagement.
